Minsk (Carrier)
I am not a particular fan of the Red Navy, although I am fascinated with their arming of their capital ships with multiple heavy missiles.

i was wondering how belarus would feel about Russia having a ship named after their capital in present day.
it's almost like declaring 'all you capital is ours' (i know, very chao beng style)
