Is Forbes.com trying to be funny?

While clicking on this link ('Singapore Funds Game Development'), a welcome screen popped up.

It had just one quote by Elbert Hubbard:

"Progress comes from the intelligent use of experience."

Ha Ha.

Unfortunately it doesn't seem to be the case for Temasek.
