感谢你把昔日的德明放在网上,让我有一个机会重反加东的校园。
德明啊!
就是你(通过教师),
使我对中文产生了一种恐惧感;

上中文作写课时,
在整个班面前嘲笑我用'英语词'写作文;

在公布'O'水准华文成绩时,
说考不到A1的莘莘学子,
不配说是德明的毕业生;

使我向往无中文课的高中生活。

I think the teachers are the ones who determine whether the students love or hate the language.
They should train teachers to make it interesting man. Or more students will suffer like me: study the ci2 yu3 shou3 ce4 for the sake of passing the exams, though I never hated Chinese 'cause it's one of my strongest subj. :D
I went to RGS; but nevertheless, "也就是你, / 使我向往无中文课的高中生活" very much struck a chord. The slogan "no Chinese in JC" was the ONLY reason why plodding through _雷雨_ in secondary school made a modicum of sense!
and yes, the irony replete in my choice of career. i know.
